Firstly thank you for your order. Your custom is important to us.
Your Warranty with us is 12 Months from Date of Purchase, unless specified by the Manufacturers. Some Manufacturers have a 3 year warranty and others have a lifetime warranty. Following the initial 12 months we ask clients to contact the Manufacturers Directly, we have help you with this process.
If you wish to return a product to us, we can take it back provided it is faulty and not working. I would ask you to give us a brief description of the fault so our technicians can have a look at it here, before we return it to the manufacturers.
You don't have to wait for the item(s) to come back, we will issue a replacement from stock.
We don't have a Sale / Return facility, as you can imagine, it would be difficult to supply Laptops and Projectors for Clients to try out.
If you have a faulty product, please e-mail or phone the office and we will arrange a Repair or a Replacement. If you are still not happy with the returned product we can offer a refund.
The Cost of Returning a Product has to be covered by the Client, we cover the cost of sending you the Repaired / Replaced Item.
